anyone should answer but ig i'm specifically wondering about people who fall asleep w/o having to put effort into it. i do a little body scan or i focus on breathing deep or i say a little mantra or something and that all helps eventually (still takes me like over an hour a lotta times) but like...why should i need a Strategy to do something like falling asleep? it seems to me that getting to bed is just a given for most people, but ive always had to tame my mind or whatever in order to get there
