Do you have any recs or tips on creating a viable routine? I’m currently working on a music project but I’m feeling overwhelmed. I’ll go days without working on it and then spontaneously spend like 10 hours straight hyper focused on the project. I should add that I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult so I’m still figuring that out. I‘d love to spend more time on my creative projects without overdoing it all at once and exhausting myself. I know there’s a romantic image of a sleepless artist pouring themselves into their work, but I don’t think my mental health can handle that every time I want to create something lol
