Daine is a Melbourne-based singer and songwriter. The Charli XCX-mentored artist has a sound that’s constantly evolving and informed by genres such as hardcore, midwest emo, trap, and pop. The track “SALT” leading up to the 2023 EP shapeless features Bring Me The Horizon frontman Oli Sykes and Daine’s aptitude for an angsty and relentless sound is front & center. Their two most recent singles, “BITE BACK” and “CUT MY HEART OUT,” are sexy club bangers with buzzing synths that show them veering into a new direction and I can’t wait to see what’s next.
