🥫Nowadays I literally only cook w/ my notebook in hand. I basically don’t use recipes anymore and take notes of everything like I’m doing a lab report it’s super fun and allows me to be much more creative and bold while cooking

It’s the only book by Dostoiévski that I’ve read to completion, but it still managed to become one my fav books of 2023 (when I read it the first time). It’s really short, but still a great read!
